Power of One Inter-regional Initiatives

The Power of One Conference brought together over 200 delegates from 28 countries in the Euro-Mediterranean region for a groundbreaking networking and knowledge exchange on citizen-led innovation and social change practices during periods of transition. During the 3-day event, inter-regional partnerships were formed with the purpose of sparking new ideas to address common issues in the Euro-Mediterranean region.

 

Five of the ideas generated received seed funding to be developed by their inter-regional teams: three of the ideas were selected through an audience vote while the other two were selected through an application process after the conference had ended. Our project aims to contribute to an exchange of knowledge inter-regionally regarding languages and methods of peace building and reconciliation.
